**Please note: We do not field unsolicited requests for advertising and promotion proposals. Due to the large number of requests we receive, we are not able to respond to unsolicited requests.
The festival presents over 200 acts each year and features world-famous performers each day. There will be four big screens located at four major stages, broadcasting the performances and vital updates, including—potentially—your message. Fifteen-second video (no audio) spots are available for purchase and will be aired throughout the festival. The packages below are available on a first come first served basis
BIG SCREEN PACKAGES
Weekend (Friday-Sunday):
-guaranteed minimum of 45 airings
-Cost: $2,000 + tax
Full Festival Special (10 days):
-guaranteed minimum of 180 airings
-Cost: $3,000 + tax
-Material Deadline: June 8, 2013

RBC Bluesfest has developed several unique ways for forward-thinking businesses to advertise their products and services at one of the most high-profile musical events on the planet. Last year, a captive audience of more than 300,000 fans attended the event.
DAILY GRID – updated schedule (printed daily)
4,000 updated grids are produced daily and distributed on site, at the gates, at the info booth, as well as VIP areas (Gold Circle, Club House, & Corporate Suites). Exclusive ad space is available as one ad per day or for multiple days.
Ad size: 3” X 5” in 4 colour process.
Cost: $1,200 + tax per day (4,000 copies) or $4,800.00 + tax for 1 full week – 6 days (24,000 copies)
