Ottawa Bluesfest

Job Opportunities

RBC Bluesfest is one of the top outdoor music festivals in North America. The festival wouldn’t be possible without a dedicated team behind it. We value teamwork and ambition, but most importantly, the willingness to jump in and help with anything and everything.

Unless otherwise indicated, all positions at RBC Bluesfest are available through the Job Creation Partnerships (JCP) program, offered in partnership by Ottawa Festival Network and Employment Ontario.  The JCP program is designed to provide those receiving Employment Insurance benefits (or those with reach back status) work experience opportunities needed to acquire more marketable skills to help them find future employment. This program is funded in part by the Government of Canada and the Government of Ontario.

Ottawa Bluesfest is committed to building an inclusive workforce reflecting the demographics of a Canadian society. The organization has also developed policies and procedures in order to ensure a barrier-free selection process and workplace.
