POSITION: Client Services Assistant

CONTRACT LENGTH: 26 Weeks

START DATE: April 2, 2019 END DATE: September 30, 2019

JOB SUMMARY: Assist with VIP clients and pre & onsite administrative functions

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Reports to and works directly under the supervision of the Ticketing Manager and Director of Operations

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contact partners to ensure proper logo representation
• Assist with Promotions team on VIP related promos
• Coordinate signage and banners at the festival for VIP areas
• Coordinate hospitality suites, including catering, signage and tickets
• Work on all site activations
• Responsible for all VIP ticketing orders for festival
• Help build, update and report on all festival operational database management functions
• All other duties as required

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Proven success multi-tasking in a high pressure environment
• Proven ability to think creatively and strategically
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Bilingualism is an asset
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
